Micro weddings are the perfect way to celebrate in style - without the stress or costs of a full-scale wedding.
These all-inclusive packages are planned for 10-30 guests at some of our favorite Okanagan venues and locations.

We provide everything in one cohesive package so you can just invite your guests and arrive ready to celebrate.
We provide three party options:  
PICNIC ...COCKTAIL ...DINNER  ranging from 2 to 4 hours in duration.
Each package includes a styled ceremony, a couples photo session, and time to celebrate with loved ones.

UP TO 30 GUESTS

VENUE

We c​an discuss the options available this season. We have amazing venues with all the guidelines in place to keep you and guests safe.

GUESTS

This package allows up to 30 guests + the couple.

No wedding parties please. Guest capacity varies on the number of separate households being invited to the event and seating will be planned on bubbles.

CEREMONY

We provided you an officiant to make it legal.
Just bring your licence and say "I do". You will be guided through personal ceremony planning and navigated through the process of getting a license.

PLANNING + COORDINATION

We will create a structured timeline that will be professionally coordinated and handled by a day-of planner to ensure everything runs smooth.

DECOR + DESIGN

We coordinate all the details - including itinerary, seating plans, ceremony decor,  custom graphics, centerpieces, welcome displays, and sweetheart table.

FLOWERS
You choose the colour palette - we design the details and pieces based on our decor installation plans. You will also receive personal flowers to keep - an elegant bouquet + boutonniere (or two same) 

PHOTOGRAPHY

A 3-hour package with a reputable local photographer. Ceremony + couples session, and candid photos of your event. Includes professionally edited digital copies. Upgrade options available. 

ENTERTAINMENT

Whether you want music for ambiance and a first dance, or a fun live music to entertain - we will include a DJ or local musician in your package. Ask us about add-on options for a group arts performance to cap the night!

CATERING

This package includes a plated dinner service with 3-4 courses including dessert. Menu options to be provided for selection. 

CUPCAKES

You will receive cupcakes to share with all your guests in a flavor combination of your choosing. (average 1 per guest)

BEVERAGE 

Bubbly for each guest to toast with, following the ceremony. And 2 drink tickets per guest for the reception.

We c​an discuss the options available this season. Our favorite is a magical orchard location with ponds and old trees.

GUESTS

This package allows up to 20 guests + the couple.

No wedding parties please. This will be casual, but well thought out seating with households in mind to keep covid measures in place for outdoor events.

Just bring your licence and say "I do". You will be guided through personal ceremony planning and navigated through the process of getting a license.
