Micro weddings are the perfect way to celebrate in style - without the stress or costs of a full-scale wedding.
These all-inclusive packages are planned for up to 40 guests at some of our favorite Okanagan venues.
We provide everything in one cohesive package so you can just invite your guests
and arrive dressed to wed and, ready to enjoy.
Each package is 3-4 hours and includes a ceremony, photo session, and time to celebrate with loved ones.

CEREMONY + DINNER PARTY
We can discuss the options available during this 2020 season. We can offer a picnic style option outdoors, or a catered venue.
This package allows 10 to 30 guests + the couple.
No wedding parties please. Guest capacity varies on the number of separate households being invited to the event.
We provided you an officiant to make it legal.
Just bring your licence and say "I do". You will be guided through personal ceremony planning and navigated through the process of getting a license.
PLANNING + COORDINATION
We will create a structured timeline that will be professionally coordinated and handled by a day-of planner to ensure everything runs smooth.
DECOR + DESIGN
We coordinate all the details, including ceremony decor, seating, distanced layout, and all the pretty accents to make it special.
You choose the colour palette and we design the details and pieces based on our decor installation plans. You will also receive personal flowers to keep - an elegant bouquet + boutonniere (or two same)
A 3-hour package with a reputable local photographer. Ceremony + couples session, and candid photos of your event. Includes professionally edited digital copies. Upgrade options available.
Whether you want music for ambiance and a first dance, or a fun live music to entertain - we will include a DJ or local musician in your package. Ask us about add-on options for a group arts performance to cap the night!
Depending on the venue/location you can plan on plated dinner service, or an elegant picnic package for each table.
CAKE + CUPCAKES
You will receive a 6" cutting cake for photos and taking home, along with cupcakes to share with guests in a flavor combination of your choosing.
Our picnic style packages will include 1-2 bottles of non-alcoholic sparkling Brut for each table.
Plated dinner packages at a catering venue will include a choice of either
a) wine on tables or
b) 2 drink tickets per guest

We have created this package to temporarily replace our existing Micro Wedding packages for the 2020 season.
We know clients still want a wedding celebration with food and cheer, while understanding these unique times call for different measures.
So we welcome you to consider a dinner party style wedding with this custom package.
Following your ceremony, each household will be seated at beautifully set tables that are responsibly distanced from others
to allow dinner service and safe movement of guests and staff during the event.
We are offering this package at two location types - depending on the experience you seek.
1) an outdoor option on a patio, garden, park, orchard, or winery - complete with an elegant picnic service for each table
2) a venue with dedicated catering and bar options - complete with plated dinner service at each table
After dinner, guests will watch from their seats as you take your first dance as a married couple.
You can still plan speeches, cake-cutting, and seated entertainment for everyone.
Think of your wedding as an old-world romantic dinner party with a few wedding traditions mixed in.
We cant include: dancing, mingling, photo booths, or shared food displays (such as buffet, dessert table, appy stations, ect)
...but we promise t make it special and unique so that you don't miss out on a beautiful wedding experience!

Afternoon weddings are simple, elegant, and magical!
Your romantic ceremony will be followed by a social reception with tea, coffee, and treats
for your closest loved ones - leaving time for guests to mingle and celebrate in an elegant way.
INVITE 40 GUESTS
Prices are based on up to 40 guests. Invite your closest loved ones and have the wedding of your dreams at a fraction of the cost.
We will provide 1-3 options based on availability. Venues each offer variations and options that will be outlined in your estimate.
At the altar its just the couple, and up to 2 attendants + the celebrant to make it official.
We provide the officiant and help guide you through the vow planning.
Just arrive dressed to wed and bring your marriage license
You will receive a 3 hour photo package with edited digital prints to share online. Ceremony + couple session + celebration photos. Print packages may be available.
PLANNING + COORDINATION
Everything is handled and planned with dedication to options we offer you along the way. We coordinate all the details and timeline, and remain on site to oversee it all.
DESIGN + DECOR
We will style your wedding with simple elegance and an expert eye. Pick your colour palette + mood, and then we take the reigns to create something dreamy and unique.
We provide an entrance welcome, ceremony backdrop, styled table, mixed seated + cocktail tables with centerpieces, and other special accents.
Personal flowers are provided for the couple and up to 2 attendants (bouquets and/or boutonnieres). We also include some decor florals to fit in with our design plans.
A glass of non-alcoholic bubbly for each guest, poured into glassware and ready to serve.
Perfect for a welcome drink, or for a toast and speeches
ADDITIONAL TREATS + BEVERAGE
A tea/coffee station will be set-up with all the accessories and compliment, along with a treat bar filled with mixed bakery goods and delights for you and guests to enjoy.
WEDDING CAKE + CUPCAKES
Couples will receive a small 6" cutting cake for photos and to take home.
Package also includes 3.5 dozen cupcakes for guests to enjoy during the event.
MUSIC / DJ
A professional DJ will navigate your event with ceremony music and cocktail hour music for the duration of your social time.

Enjoy a professional 3 hour selfie station from Flash and Frame. Images will be available to share online and send directly to text or email.
