PLANNING & COORDINATION

We coordinate all the details, including scheduling the timeline, guiding you through the process, and welcoming guests on site.
This package offers peace of mind and coordination with a day-of coordinator on site until dinner service is completed.

OFFICIANT

An officiant is provided to make it legal and make your vows special. You will be navigated through creating a personalized ceremony - all you need to do is bring your license and say "I do".

PHOTOGRAPHY

A 3 hour package with a reputable local photographer. Ceremony + couples session, with candid's of cocktail hour and the key reception moments such as first dance and speeches) 


MUSIC

A DJ package for 4 hours to provide music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception dinner.

DECOR & STYLING

A styled ceremony including altar decor, florals, and welcome signage. And reception decor with entrance decor, seating chart, sweetheart table, tabletop decor, place-settings, centerpieces, and custom graphics.

PERSONAL FLOWERS

You will receive an elegant bouquet + boutonniere (or two of the same) in the colour palette of your choosing. These are yours to keep and take home with you!

CUPCAKES

Cupcakes to share with all your guests in a flavor combination of your choosing. Average 1 cupcake per guests. Upgrade available for a 6" cutting cake for photos and taking home.


FOOD & BEVERAGE

A sparkling toast will be provided with the venue package, along with appetizer + dinner menus and bar service options.

CEREMONY + COCKTAIL HOUR + PHOTO SESSION + RECEPTION

4 hour duration. Following your vows, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour while you move into a full couples photo session. Your reception entrance will showcase your first dance immediately followed by dinner and dessert service. Speeches to follow dinner.

VENUE

We c​an discuss the options available during this 2020 season. We have amazing venues with all the guidelines in place to keep you and guests safe.

GUESTS

This package allows up to 30 guests + the couple.

No wedding parties please. Guest capacity varies on the number of separate households being invited to the event and seating will be planned on bubbles.

CEREMONY

We provided you an officiant to make it legal.
Just bring your licence and say "I do". You will be guided through personal ceremony planning and navigated through the process of getting a license.

PLANNING + COORDINATION

We will create a structured timeline that will be professionally coordinated and handled by a day-of planner to ensure everything runs smooth.

DECOR + DESIGN

We coordinate all the details - including itinerary, seating plans, ceremony decor,  custom graphics, centerpieces, welcome displays, and sweetheart table.

FLOWERS
You choose the colour palette - we design the details and pieces based on our decor installation plans. You will also receive personal flowers to keep - an elegant bouquet + boutonniere (or two same) 

PHOTOGRAPHY

A 3-hour package with a reputable local photographer. Ceremony + couples session, and candid photos of your event. Includes professionally edited digital copies. Upgrade options available. 

ENTERTAINMENT

Whether you want music for ambiance and a first dance, or a fun live music to entertain - we will include a DJ or local musician in your package. Ask us about add-on options for a group arts performance to cap the night!

CATERING

This package includes a plated dinner service with 3-4 courses including dessert. Menu options to be provided for selection. 

CUPCAKES

You will receive cupcakes to share with all your guests in a flavor combination of your choosing. (average 1 per guest)

BEVERAGE 

Bubbly for each guest to toast with, following the ceremony. And 2 drink tickets per guest for the reception.
